3、投標人資格要求投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:？（1）資格要求？Requirements for Qualification of Bidder？A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined？certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B.？本次招標不接受代理商投標。投標人應(yīng)是投標貨物的制造廠商（包括制造廠商所在集團內(nèi)負責銷售的公司）。如果投標人是制造廠商所在集團內(nèi)負責銷售的公司，投標人應(yīng)提供聲明，說明投標人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團，負責投標貨物的銷售工作。Bid by Agent is not accepted.？The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods, ？including？the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer of bid goods. National authorized explosion-proof certification bodies include NEPSI, CQST and PCEC, and also include international authoritative certification bodies authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Supervision and Management Committee, such as: IECEx, ATEX and so on.？（3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人所投產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)具有在中國境內(nèi)至少1個SMPO裝置的金屬硬密封調(diào)節(jié)球閥的供貨業(yè)績，且一個業(yè)績須同時滿足至少1臺閥門尺寸不小于10吋Q-trim閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)的V型球閥和至少2臺不小于ANSI 900BL、閥門尺寸不小于6吋的帶有防汽蝕功能的調(diào)節(jié)球閥的技術(shù)要求。如投標人為制造廠商所在集團內(nèi)負責銷售的公司，需提供該制造廠商的業(yè)績。業(yè)績要求中的產(chǎn)品的系列或型號須與本次投標產(chǎn)品的系列或型號相一致。From January 1st, 2015？to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products supplied？by the bidder shall have？at least one contract？of supply？performance？of Special Control Ball？Valve？of？SMPO？Plant？in China, and one contract？of supply？performance？shall meet the technical requirement？of？at the same time:？at least one V-shaped ball valve with a valve size of not less than 10？inches？Q-trim？type, and at least 2？sets of？not less than？ANSI 900BL control ball valves with？anti-cavitation function？with valve size not less than 6 inches. If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the performance of the manufacturer shall be provided.The series or model of the product in the performance requirements must be consistent with the series or model of the bidding product.投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件和用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱（調(diào)節(jié)球閥）、閥門尺寸、V球閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)（Q-trim）、ANSI（900BL）、帶防汽蝕功能、投標產(chǎn)品的系列或型號。若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個年度協(xié)議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應(yīng)的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業(yè)績。The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract and？acceptance evidence of goods delivery signed or sealed by the user.？The？reference evidence documents furnished by？Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods（control？ball？valve),？valve size, V Ball Valve core structure (Q-trim), ANSI（900BL）and with anti-cavitation function，The series or model of the product.If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence？under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。？If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標:不接受未領(lǐng)購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以4、
