The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), manufacturer name, goods name, gas turbine model, and arrival acceptance materials signed or sealed by the user.
