中煤榆林煤炭深加工基地項目烯烴分離裝置反應氣壓縮機、丙烯制冷壓縮機采購范圍包括壓縮機、汽輪機、潤滑油系統(tǒng)、干氣密封系統(tǒng)、汽輪機輔機系統(tǒng)（含空冷系統(tǒng)）、相關儀表（包括控制系統(tǒng)）、電氣設備、備品備件、專用工具等。

投標人應具備的資格或業(yè)績：
Qualification or performance required for the bidder:
*）境內(nèi)企業(yè)須具有獨立法人資格，提供有效營業(yè)執(zhí)照；對于境外企業(yè)，根據(jù)該國（地區(qū)）的法律，提供在主要制造廠
*) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
*）投標人需提供自****年*月*日至投標截止日期止（以合同簽訂時間為準），**萬噸/年及以上甲醇制烯烴工藝烯烴分離裝置不少于*臺的汽輪機驅(qū)動反應氣壓縮機或不少于*臺的丙烯制冷壓縮機供貨業(yè)績，且須為連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運行*年以上的成功在用業(yè)績，需提供有效的合同掃描件（合同至少包含合同首頁、技術部分、簽字頁）。如合同不能體現(xiàn)以上內(nèi)容，須提供其他相關有效證明材料，原件備查。
