*（4）投標人未被中國石油招標投標網(www.cnpcbidding.com)暫停或取消投標資格。（根據《中國石油天然氣集團有限公司投標人失信行為管理辦法》的規定，失信分達到8分時，暫停投標人的投標資格半年；失信分達到9分時，暫停投標人的投標資格一年；失信分達到10分暫停投標人的投標資格兩年。失信分10.5分及以上，或在暫停期間再次發生失信行為的，取消集團公司范圍內的投標資格三年。期滿重新獲得投標人資格的，失信分不清零，有效期順延三年。）上述內容以評標委員會現場在對應網站的查詢結果為準。

*（6）距開標之日前一年內，投標人在中國石油物資有限公司組織的招標活動中對評標結果的無效投訴（包括中石油集團公司機電辦處理結果為：不予受理、駁回、維持原評標結果）達到一次及以上的，投標將被否決。
*（7）投標人須提供開戶銀行在開標之日前三個月內開具的資信證明原件或該原件的復印件（由投標人代表簽字或蓋章）。
*（8）第八章中要求的其他合格的資格證書。

(According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Dishonest Behavior of Bidders of China National Petroleum Corporation Limited, the bidder's bidding qualification shall be suspended for half a year if the dishonest score reaches 8 points; The bidder's bidding qualification shall be suspended for one year if the breach of trust score reaches 9 points; The bidder's qualification for bidding is suspended for two years after the breach of trust score reaches 10 points.
