Bidders must submit a performance table for regulating valves in the prescribed format and provide relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents include but are not limited to: 1) a copy of the sales contract and 2) arrival acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user (arrival acceptance form or commissioning acceptance report or other valid proof materials that can prove that the goods under the contract have been received and accepted). The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have both parties' seals, international trade contracts should have both parties' signatures or seals), manufacturer name, goods name, brand and production factory address, supply quantity, technical parameters/indicators (including at least valve body material, valve body class, valve body type, valve body type, CV value, valve allowable opening and calculation sheet), and arrival acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user. 投標人須按規定格式提交調節閥業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復印件和2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單或調試驗收報告或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經到貨驗收的有效證明材料）。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內貿易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、品牌及生產工廠地址、供貨數量、技術參數/指標（至少包括閥體材質、閥體磅級、閥體尺寸、閥體類型、CV值、閥門允許開度及計算書）、用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。若業績合同為年度協議，除提供年度協議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，訂單內容或編號應與年度協議相關聯。同一個年度協議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業績。未提交業績證明文件，或通過所提供的業績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業績要求的，均視為無效業績。

投標人須按規定格式提交調節閥業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復印件和2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單或調試驗收報告或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經到貨驗收的有效證明材料）。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內貿易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、品牌及生產工廠地址、供貨數量、技術參數/指標（至少包括閥體材質、閥體磅級、閥體尺寸、閥體類型、CV值、閥門允許開度及計算書）、用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。若業績合同為年度協議，除提供年度協議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，訂單內容或編號應與年度協議相關聯。同一個年度協議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業績。未提交業績證明文件，或通過所提供的業績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業績要求的，均視為無效業績。

If the actuator is used on a pneumatic regulating valve, the material of the regulating valve body in the performance should be A182F51, the valve body size should be ≥ 20 ", and the valve body pressure scale should be ≥ 1500 #; If the actuator is used on an electric regulating valve, the valve body material of the regulating valve in the performance should be A182F51, the valve body size should be ≥ 3 ", and the valve body pressure rating should be ≥ 300 #. Bidders of other brands equivalent to the recommended brand must provide performance certification documents,
★The performance certification documents include but are not limited to: 1) a copy of the sales contract and 2) arrival acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user (arrival acceptance form or commissioning acceptance report or other valid proof materials that can prove that the goods under the contract have been received and accepted). The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have both parties' seals, international trade contracts should have both parties' signatures or seals), manufacturer name, goods name, model and production factory address, supply quantity, technical parameters/indicators (including at least valve body material, valve body size,valve body class, valve body type), and arrival acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user. If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding arrival acceptance materials under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance. Failure to submit performance certification documents, or failure to meet the above performance requirements through the provided performance certification documents, shall be deemed as invalid performance.he brand of the actuator should meet the requirements of Appendix A. If the actuator is used on pneumatic regulating valves, the material of the regulating valve in the performance should be A182F51, size ≥ 20 ", and pressure rating ≥ 1500 #; If the actuator is used on an electric control valve, the material of the control valve in the performance should be A182F51, size ≥ 3 ", pressure rating ≥ 300 #. It is recommended that bidders of other brands in the same grade provide performance certification documents. The corresponding performance certification document requirements are detailed in the following performance requirements 1 and 2;

Copy of sales contract reflecting the recommended brand and model (including contract cover and signature page, as well as relevant technical attachments)
Arrival acceptance materials (buyer's signed or stamped arrival acceptance form, on-site debugging report, usage certificate, or acceptance certificate)
Performance Requirement 2
The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: brand and production factory, technical parameters of supporting control valves, supply quantity, usage environment, technical parameters/indicators, and arrival acceptance materials. Failure to submit performance certification documents, or if the provided performance certification documents cannot verify the above content, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
