3. 投標人資格要求
3.1 本次招標要求投標人須具備以下條件：
3.1.1 本次招標要求投標人具備的資質條件：
3.1.1.1具備建設行政主管部門頒發的建筑裝修裝飾工程專業承包二級及以上資質；
3.1.1.2具備有效的營業執照；
3.1.1.3 具備建設行政主管部門頒發的有效的安全生產許可證，企業主要負責人、擬擔任該項目項目經理具備相應的由建設行政主管部門頒發的有效的安全生產考核合格證書。
3.1.2 投標人還應在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力，詳見招標文件第二章投標人須知前附表第1.4.1項內容。
3.2 本次招標不接受聯合體投標。
